Release of Information is now in production
Everything in the September 16 staging preview update is now available in production, including the Release of Information workflow, along with the fixes and improvements below. Features described throughout this guide are available in production; some, such as electronic signing, still depend on district configuration.
Release of Information in production
Staff can create Release of Information authorizations, send signature requests, record paper or external authorizations, and record revocation in production. District administrators configure ROI language and electronic signing in settings. Read the Release of Information guide.
Grade level is optional on student profiles
Staff can create or update a student without a grade level, just as date of birth became optional earlier this month. Students without a recorded grade appear normally in the Students list and on referral details.
Editing a referral keeps the student view
Choosing Edit Referral from a student’s workspace now keeps the student sidebar in view. Back to Referral, Cancel, and saving return you to the student’s referral instead of the main Referrals area. Read the Referrals guide.
Students list shows your district’s name
The Students page header now shows your own district’s name next to the student count instead of a placeholder district name.
Group session totals use your district’s service codes
Group and session duration totals now count only service codes that belong to the group’s district, so totals match the codes staff can see. Read the Groups guide.
